Can I make phone calls or send SMS with my eSIM?
Currently, trifa does not offer plans with phone numbers. Please use LINE, Instagram, or other internet-based calls.
When can I install my eSIM?
You can install it after arriving at your destination or even while you are still in your home country. If you are concerned about the speed of the local airport's Wi-Fi, we recommend installing and setting up the eSIM while you are still in your home country and then switching to eSIM only upon arrival.
Is there an expiration date for unused plans?
Please begin using the plan within 3 months from the date of purchase.
